Services
Trayber Law Group provides eleven services across real estate and law: title insurance, escrow, closing, title search and examination, document preparation, mobile notary, property leases, wills and trusts, business law, immigration, and direct access to a practicing attorney. Every one of them is delivered from our Aventura office or online, in English, Russian or Ukrainian.

Why work with a law firm rather than only a title company
The owner of Trayber Law Group is a practicing attorney, so legal counsel is part of the service rather than something you have to arrange separately when a question comes up mid-transaction. The same firm can search and examine the title, hold the funds in escrow, prepare the documents, run the closing and record everything afterwards.
Who we work with
We work with every kind of participant in the real estate market. Select the description that fits you to see which of our services apply.
Real Estate Agents & Brokers
Your file has to close on time and without surprises. We take on the title search and examination, the escrow, the closing document set and the closing itself, and a practicing attorney is available on the file if a contract question comes up mid-deal.
Commercial Agents & Brokers
Commercial files carry the extra due diligence: surveys, environmental assessments, zoning reviews, association payoff demands and estoppel certificates. We coordinate that work, clear the title conditions and prepare the closing documents — and commercial lease and business-entity advice comes from the same firm.
Home Buyers & Sellers
You get a law firm rather than only a title company: an attorney at the contract stage, a neutral third party holding your funds, the title searched and examined before closing, and every document prepared, executed and recorded. Consultations are available online or at our Aventura office.
Real Estate Lenders
We review the title insurance commitment, confirm that liens, judgments and existing mortgages have been dealt with, work with the borrower's lender to finalise the loan package, and provide the title documentation the loan file requires.
Home Builders & Developers
Land has to be checked before anything is signed: lien searches, surveys, zoning reviews and environmental assessments, alongside entity structuring and contract drafting.
Relocation Professionals
A client relocating to Florida can complete the whole move through one firm: contract review, title, escrow and closing, plus the immigration filings and the lease for interim housing. Meetings can be held online before anyone arrives in the state.
International
Buyers outside the United States can be advised online in English, Russian or Ukrainian, and the same firm can handle the immigration side of a move as well as the purchase itself. Documents that need notarising can be handled by a notary who travels to the signer.
How a transaction runs from offer to post-closing
Most matters follow the same eight stages: offer, contract, due diligence, financing where it is needed, clearing title conditions, document preparation, closing and post-closing. Each stage and what we do in it is set out in full on our About page.
