Closing Services

Closing is the final phase of a real estate transaction, and we handle it end to end: preparing and reviewing every document, ensuring each one is properly executed, disbursing funds in accordance with the settlement statement, and filing the required documents with the appropriate government agencies. The point of all of it is that every party receives the funds or documents they are entitled to under the terms of the sale.

Closing Services

What is included in a closing?

Closing is a series of steps involved in the final phase of a real estate transaction. This service may include:

  • Preparing and reviewing all documents related to the sale, such as the purchase agreement, title documents, loan documents, and closing paperwork.

  • Ensuring the proper execution of all necessary closing documents.

  • Disbursing funds in accordance with the settlement statement.

  • Accurately filing all required documents with the appropriate government agencies.

We ensure that the closing process is completed legally and smoothly, with all parties receiving the funds or documents they are entitled to under the terms of the sale.

Which documents are prepared for closing?

The complete set relating to your transaction, including the purchase agreement, the deed, the seller's affidavit and the settlement statement. All of them are prepared in full compliance with legal standards.

How are the funds disbursed?

In accordance with the settlement statement. Every amount relating to the purchase and sale is paid out against that document, so each party receives exactly what the terms of the sale entitle them to.

What happens after closing?

All necessary documents are recorded in the public registry, and the final title insurance policy is issued together with the original recorded documents.

How a transaction runs from offer to post-closing

Most matters follow the same eight stages: offer, contract, due diligence, financing where it is needed, clearing title conditions, document preparation, closing and post-closing. Each stage and what we do in it is set out in full on our About page.
