What does having an attorney on the transaction change?

The owner of Trayber Law Group is a practicing attorney, which offers several advantages over competitors. For instance, clients have immediate access to legal counsel to assist with any legal issues or questions that may arise. With our team of skilled attorneys, we guarantee a high level of professional expertise and support, ensuring that all of our clients' legal needs are fully met.

Which matters can the firm advise on?

  • Residential and commercial real estate closings

  • Residential and commercial leases

  • Contracts and business transactions

  • Wills, trusts and estate planning documents

  • Immigration matters

At what point should an attorney be involved?

At the contract stage, before terms are locked in. When a contract is drafted and signed by both parties, our attorneys assist with the negotiations and prepare the necessary documentation; from there the same firm can carry the matter through due diligence, title, closing and recording.

Can we meet online, or does it have to be in person?

Either. We provide services both online and at our office at 2750 NE 185 Street, Ste 206, Aventura, FL 33180, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

In which languages can you advise?

Our team speaks English, Russian and Ukrainian.

How a transaction runs from offer to post-closing

Most matters follow the same eight stages: offer, contract, due diligence, financing where it is needed, clearing title conditions, document preparation, closing and post-closing. Each stage and what we do in it is set out in full on our About page.
